RETURN & REFUND POLICY

LOLA’s Shoppe gladly accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Final Sale Items: Sale, clearance, discounted, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns: Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided the item meets our return requirements. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued according to our return policy.

LOLA’s Shoppe reserves the right to refuse a return if an item does not meet these requirements.
